Job Responsibilities:
Candidate should be from staffing company.
Knowledge on project staffing & contract to hire (C2H) staffing.
Worked with Tier 1 customers (Like IBM, Wipro, Cognizant etc.)
Flexible in travelling or customer visit.
General shift timing.
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in business development of Contract to Hire Staffing in IT Domain
Proven Experience in account acquiring and working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT customers
Plan and deliver the business volume targeted every quarter
Ability to understand the flow of the business requirement in the market and present proposals to the customer for new business opportunities under IT Contract Staffing Models
Regular travel to meet decision-makers and stakeholders of customers and understand the project requirements and plan for increasing the business volume
Tracking of business forecast from the customers and ensuring to get the business volume delivered monthly.
Leading a team of HR recruiters to hire the component profile
Submitting business MIS to the Management on weekly basis.
Ensuring Compliance from Deployment till Invoicing
Required Qualification:
Any UG + MBA (HR/Sales/Marketing)
